Many years after the confrontation with Van Helsing, Dracula landed in Whitby, England once again. The citizens of Whitby sought help from the vampire hunter, Professor Van Helsing. Will Van Helsing defeat Dracula before he transforms all the inhabitants into vampires?
In Dracula vs Van Helsing, each player controls one of the title characters. Van Helsing must remove all of Dracula's life points to win, but if Dracula turns all four inhabitants of the same district into vampires first, Dracula wins.
Express version of the rules:

The game lasts a maximum of 5 rounds. In each round, players take turns taking turns, drawing a card and then discarding a card to take advantage of its effect.

Players fight for five districts on the board, comparing cards with their opponent.

If Dracula has a higher value card, he turns one person in the district into a vampire.

When Van Helsing has a higher card, Dracula loses a life point.

Van Helsing wins if Dracula loses his last life point. Dracula wins if he turns all 4 inhabitants of one district into vampires or if he survives until the end of the 5th round.
