Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Buyers are responsible for complying with their respective country's laws, regulations, taxes, and duties. We cannot be held accountable for any packages being detained or delayed in Customs and any additional fees incurred. (Hope you can understand.)

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

All orders will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. 

Delivery Methods

Depending on how much you want to get your hands on your new goodies and where you live, there are a few ways we can get your stuff to you:

Domestic/ Singapore 

We use local shippers like SingPost (orders under $25), third-party shippers( Q-Expess or Lalamove) and even our own drivers to deliver your packages. We are a small little shop with only a handful of people helping out. If we get very very busy, there may be a small delay in shipping! Generally orders will ship out within one to two business days, depending on time the order was placed.

Local deliveries are FREE above minimum $50 purchase and takes 2 - 5 working days*

Expedited option is also available at a flat rate of $12.50 and takes 1 - 2 working days*

Any orders after 12pm is considered the next day.

If available, you will be issued a tracking number for your package when it is shipped. This should allow you to see exactly where your package is and when it should arrive. Of course, If you need to make special shipping arrangements (emergency birthday gifts), please enter a message in the comments box during checkout or it slipped your mind, just let us know though the chat (located on the bottom right) and we will be happy to help!

International Shipping

We offer delivery via DHL Express or SingPost (for bulky items) for International orders.  We aim to dispatch within a day from your order and goods should arrive within 1-3 working days* following dispatch. We don't dispatch or deliver at the weekend or on holidays. 

Our delivery charges are based on the parcel weight and the price will start from $35 for the majority of orders (under 2kg).  For heavy & bulky parcels the delivery charge will increase.  You will be able to review an estimated shipping cost on the cart page prior to placing your order. 

Orders containing items in pre-order are sent in one shipment. Dispatching will be pending until the items in pre-order are available.

You may be charged for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person/company receiving the parcel. If required by local authorities, the courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices or proof of payment, to facilitate customs clearance.

*Working Days are Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends).

Self-Collection 

For customers who need your order right away or there is no one home to receive your order, you could select this option for your convenience.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you through phone call/SMS/email. 

At the moment we are open on the weekdays, Monday to Friday, 12pm - 5:30pm. Collection will take place at our new operating HQ, TOYTAG@ Woods Square. Just drop by and provide us with your order number and we will get your order for you. If you are using a 3rd party courier (GrabExpress, etc), do give us a ring before hand. Just to be sure ;)

However if these timings aren't convenient for you as well, or you have a specific time you prefer just contact us or leave a message at the comments box during check out. We are sure we can work something out.

Returns

At TOYTAG, we want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase. For any reason you changed your mind, within 30 days notice from the date of transaction, we’ll give you a 100% money-back refund, provided that the Packaging MUST BE unopened and seals intact (where applicable), along with the original receipt. Goods that are sealed must still be sealed for us to approve the return.

Every care is taken to ensure that you are satisfied with your TOYTAG purchase. However, due to reasons wholly out of our control, there may be that 0.000000001% chance that you end up with a defective product. These could be manufacturer defects, or any other kind of damage caused during the process of getting our products up onto the shelves (not caused by us, we swear!).

Any product you return needs to be in new condition and with the original tags or packaging and needs to be returned to us before the 30-day return window expires.

TOYTAG does not cover return shipping costs.

For Helmets, just make sure to take good care of your helmet when trying it out, as we will be unable to issue (full) refunds for damaged products.

If the item was damaged during transition, you would need to provide us with pictures of the exterior damaged packaging(poly mailer/box) for a smoother process.
