To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Additionally, all requests for a return must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any signs of use, damage, or missing components may make the items no longer eligible for return.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process the return. In addition, return shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
In the event of a pre-order cancellation, we are able to provide a full refund as long as we are contacted regarding the cancellation within the first 7 days of ordering.
In the event of returning a pre-order item that has already been received, standard return policy applies starting from the day the pre-order item received with a maximum return value of 80% to cover any non-refundable reservation and allocation fees accrued on our part.
